Order Lead Times

Guidelines for order leads, after receipt of order (ARO), are as follows:

Ceramic Fasteners
In Stock Products	Ship same day if ordered before noon, following day if order received after noon.
Out of Stock Products	7 - 10 business days

Custom Ceramic Parts
For reorders that do not require post fire grinding	4-6 weeks
For new parts requiring tooling but no post fire grinding	6-8 weeks
For re-orders that require post fire grinding	6-10 weeks
For new parts requiring tooling and post fire diamond grinding	8-12 weeks

Actual lead time is dependent upon both the quantity ordered and the complexity of the ceramic component. The above guidelines are given to provide you with a general overview of the typical manufacturing times required for Ceramco to process your order.
