Following the fulfillment of an RFQ and the delivery of each order, customers will receive an email request for feedback on the experience, directing them to a very brief customer feedback form.
Ceramco realizes your time is valuable. We also know there’s always something we can do a little better (sometimes a lot) to improve the products and services we provide you. Sharing your insights on these experiences with us is the shortest path for them to become a reality.
These requests for feedback can be forwarded or copied to another in the customer's organization, as they see fit. Customer feedback is invaluable to us. We welcome it from anyone within a customer's organization.
